Library Services

The library serves Northern Health staff and physicians and supports Northern Health's vision, mission, and strategic plan through its information and knowledge management services. Library services support research, evidence-informed practice, clinical education, continuing education and research. Students working on site may also access selected services of the library.

    Literature reviews and practice recommendations for a broad range of topics.

    US National Library of Medicine's premier bibliographic database that contains over 16 million references to journal articles in the life sciences with a concentration on biomedicine.

    US National Library of Medicine's premier bibliographic database that contains over 16 million references to journal articles in the life sciences with a concentration on biomedicine.
  • PsychINFO
    Indexes psychological literature from the 1800's to the present covering more than 2200 titles.
  • Pubmed Entrez
    The National Library of Medicine database including Medline. Access articles the library has in full text  by using this link onsite. Look for the blue NH Library eLink graphic. Bookmark the Entrez URL on your first visit for quick access.
