Tobacco Reduction - Enforcement

There are currently two Acts governing tobacco sales in BC: The Tobacco Act and the Tobacco Control Act. These regulate how tobacco can be sold and impose restrictions on sales to minors, sale of "kiddy packs" and single cigarettes, promotions and other issues.
To make a complaint regarding BC’s Tobacco Control Act (TCA), please contact the TCA Complaint line at 1-877-617-6777 or email tobacco.control@northernhealth.ca
