Lab Medicine Program

Northern Health proposes to integrate all of its current and future laboratory medicine activities into a single clinical program.  Laboratory services across Norther Health has the goal of being driven by clinical requirements and being medically responsive.  The Lab Medicine Program is meeting this goal through a quality resource team, laboratory utilization and clinical leadership.

Medical School Impact Study

Northern Health proposes a project to study the impact of the new UNBC Medical Program on utilization of Diagnostic Services at PGRH.

Telepathology Project

The Integrated Telepathology Plan for Northern Health proposes to create a virtual system that would connect the Northern Health labs to the referral centers within the region and to other referral centers within the province.
