The NH Media Line (1-877-961-7724) is a toll -free number for the use of Northern BC, provincial and national media with Northern Health related questions.

This media line is monitored at all times by a Northern Health communications officer. During business hours (8 AM to 5 PM), calls will be answered or returned immediately. After hours and on weekends, voicemail messages are reviewed, and urgent messages about NH facilities or services will be returned immediately. Non-urgent requests for information will be attended to at or before the start of the next business day.
